Cindy Dillenschneider

Cindy’s 27 years as an Outdoor Education Professor at Northland College and her specialization in making the world accessible to people of all ability levels led her to create the unique and patented design of the One-Arm Freedom Canoe Paddle. Over the decades of her professional career Cindy has honed her expertise in universal and accessible design as well as compliance standards for the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), Americans With Disabilities Act (ACA), and accessibility requirements under the Rehabilitation Act.

Jason Maloney

Jason Maloney has been a licensed educator in Wisconsin since 1983. He has crafted offerings for people in public, alternative and tribal schools, Federal Job Corps, and military, correctional and public spaces. Using Interpretive techniques he crafts ideas into happenings and unforgettable events. Major (USA retired) Maloney enlisted as an armor crewman in the Wisconsin Army National Guard in 1989. Twenty years later he retired from the Army Reserve.
